Culinary Teambuilding Program
This unique dining experience is designed for your team to not only enjoy tantalizing foods, but for participants to learn how to develop their own recipes for success in life. One of our famous chefs and leading facilitators will guide your team through a cooking and life-reflection program in the kitchen of a luxurious resort or restaurant.
Team Introductions–“Secret” ingredients: Each individual will introduce themselves and answer an intriguing “food-oriented” question. Questions will be drawn from a serving bowl and include topics such as “Most memorable meal,” “Favorite food scene from a movie” or “Fast-food frenzies.”
Presentation–The main course: the Chef will share new and better ways to shop for, prepare and eat the four food groups promoting sensible eating habits. Group Facilitator will guide the team in developing their own recipes for success in the four vital areas of life balance and energy management: Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual. Color-coded recipe cards will be handed out to each team. They will list a few “healthy” habits and a few “unhealthy” habits they need to watch in each of these four areas. The combined teachings of food and well-being will inspire participants to make changes for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
Closing–Digesting the meal: Group will divulge their “ah ha” moments of the morning and discuss personal commitments to change.
